Inspiration for Everyday

Torah for Growth

Emunah for Life

I grew up in London, and after getting married, spent a decade living in Israel, where I began my career in Jewish education. I taught in seminaries and schools and discovered a love for taking profound Torah ideas out of the sefer and into everyday life.

I then spent more than a decade back in London, teaching in schools, working in Jewish outreach and women's education, mentoring students, and speaking in communities throughout the UK and beyond. Today, I'm based in Florida with my husband, Rabbi Yoni Hamilton, a psychotherapist, and our family, while teaching and speaking to women across the United States and internationally.

WHAT I DO

Torah for Real Life.

Over the past two decades, I've taught in high schools, seminaries and adult education programs, led women's learning programs and chaburos, worked in kiruv, and spoken in communities across four continents.

Today, my teaching includes weekly shiurim, multi-week courses, speaking engagements, online Torah and one-to-one mentoring. My work focuses particularly on emunah and bitachon, spiritual growth, tefillah, relationships, parenting, and understanding ourselves through the lens of Torah.

Mesillas Yesharim has become a particular focus of my teaching. I've spent years exploring the Ramchal's extraordinary roadmap for spiritual growth and asking how these timeless ideas apply to the lives of women today. My forthcoming book brings that work together, offering women a practical approach to spiritual growth based on Mesillas Yesharim.

I also teach extensively from Chovos HaLevavos and other classic Torah sources. Whatever I'm teaching, I'm always interested in the same question: What does this Torah actually look like in real life? How does emunah change the way we respond when life doesn't go according to plan? How does bitachon affect the way we handle uncertainty? What does spiritual growth look like in the middle of marriage, parenting, work, relationships and an already very full life?

I believe Torah isn't simply something we learn. It's something that can change the way we think, choose, respond and live. My work now reaches women through live teaching, speaking engagements, courses, mentoring and more than 170 classes on TorahAnytime.

Because sometimes one piece of Torah, understood at the right moment, can change the way we see our entire lives.

My work spans over 170 classes on TorahAnytime, speaking engagements at schools and communities worldwide, support groups for parents navigating impossible situations, and hosting the Get Inspired Podcast.

Mesillas Yesharim is my specialty. The Ramchal's roadmap for spiritual growth offers a practical path for real people trying to grow while juggling real life.

Here's the thing: I'm still doing this work myself. Still catching myself on autopilot. Still learning to choose differently. This isn't teaching from a place of having arrived. It's walking the path right alongside you.
